As part of this commitment, we’re proud to have launched the four-day week initiative to increase productivity and support our team in achieving a better work life balance.

We’re also proud to work with young people locally, over the last 10 years we’ve supported 20,000 young people on STEM projects and on developing employability skills. It’s an honour to be recognised by the British Chamber of Commerce for this work and it’s a credit to all the Oxley team.”
