This new role is to work collaboratively with the Senior leadership Team, taking responsibility for legislations, regulations, registrations, and rules that the Charity is required to meet.
To further develop bespoke opportunities, looking to the future of modern provision fit for young people of today; ultimately enabling our fellow humans to live their ‘best life’.
Whilst there is paperwork to complete, compliance and regulation, it's about getting involved and celebrating the achievements and outcomes the guys are working towards and being a part of that ‘feel good factor’ which makes us all valued.
Job Purpose:
• To ensure 4EDEN is fully compliant with legislation and regulations, processes and procedures, enabling the organisation to run effectively.
• Working collaboratively and alongside the CEO, providing the Senior Management Team (SLT) with the resources and support to be effective in their roles.
• Working alongside the Head of Compliance (financial and HR)
• Working alongside Head of Operational Services to manage contracted services
• Working alongside Head of Community Services enabling co-production and community presence
• Proactive and detail orientated.
• To assess current working practices, create opportunities to improve and work with current systems to maximise efficiency, uptake, and output.
• Experienced manager of people.
• Experienced in policy, process, and procedures of compliance.
• Experienced in change management.
