You'll work with individuals keen to gain employment skills, providing a pathway to paid and supported employment. This role fosters teamwork and peer-to-peer learning while delivering valuable services to our local community.
What will you be coaching people to do?
• Health and safety/risk assessment and teamwork to meet contracts
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Preparing quotes, budgeting, and buying supplies
• Grass cutting, gardening, and landscaping
• Building and repair work
• Painting and decorating
• Equipment repair and maintenance
• General handy work
• Cleaning and sorting
You'll support people in achieving workplace training, coaching them to create work routines and gain skills while building professional relationships with colleagues. Over time, you'll develop and train individuals to carry out various jobs that benefit our local community.
