Cumbria Business Growth Hub is excited to announce the launch of a new Growth Hub website, designed to provide easy access to support and valuable resources for businesses and individuals in Cumbria.
The website is divided into two sections: ‘Grow Your Business’ and ‘Know Your Business’. Within the ‘Grow Your Business’ section, users can book onto and apply for the range of support offered by the Growth Hub, from startup courses and funding to business advice, training and networking events, all aimed at accelerating growth and driving success. If the user can’t find what they’re looking for, they can scroll down and browse support offered by other organisations.
The ‘Know Your Business’ section aims to inform the user on the latest local business news through the blog and podcasts, and to highlight success stories of previous Growth Hub clients. It also features the ‘Business Resource Centre’ which provides valuable tools and insights on a variety of business topics, and dedicated sections for sector-specific information.
Users can also browse the new and improved Growth Hub Business Directory, connecting users with over 450 local businesses! To list in the directory, Cumbrian businesses can login to the website and create their business listing for free, allowing them to grow their network and enhance their SEO, and promote highlighted projects and events as well.
Finally, to go with the new website, the Growth Hub logo has been refreshed by dropping the ‘rural growth network’ element and incorporating a modern typeface and simplified design.
Head of Business Support, Lesley Robinson said:
“We are delighted with the new website and confident that it will serve us as a great resource for local businesses for years to come. Here at Cumbria Business Growth Hub, we provide support which caters for individuals and Cumbrian businesses of all sizes and sectors. With so much on offer, we need a website which allows the user to quickly find the support that’s relevant to them, and our new website is designed to do exactly that. Thank you to A Digital who did a brilliant job on the website and to SLJ Media for their work on the logo!”
