He will share his thoughts on the Brexit impasse at Westminster and other business issues and take part in a panel Q&A session with Westmorland and Lonsdale MP Tim Farron and Chamber Chief Executive Rob Johnston.
Rob said: “Sir Vince is one of the most vocal critics of Theresa May’s Withdrawal Agreement and of Brexit in general.
“The Chamber has never taken a stance on Brexit, either for or against, because we know it divides businesses just as it divides the general population.
