The Administration and Social Media Assistant will support the Head Office by managing daily administrative and social media tasks, contributing to internal and external communications, and assisting with essential operational duties.
Principal Duties / Key Objectives
1 Email Management: Check and manage emails daily, ensuring timely responses and follow ups.
2 Social Media Scheduling: Schedule and monitor posts for the Head Office pages, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
3 Support Content Creation: Design and distribute our monthly bulletin for franchisees and termly Parent & Team Newsletters through Mailchimp and our Business Management System.
4 E-Signing and Document Management: Manage e-signing processes for documents, including sending documents for signing and ensuring completion.
5 Meeting and Event Coordination: Schedule links for virtual meetings, training sessions and webinars. Booking travel and accommodation as necessary.
6 Reminder and Follow Up Management: Set up email reminders for training and webinars.
7 Communication: Respond to social media messages and maximise the use of stories, sharing relevant content from schools in our network.
8 Reporting: Compile a monthly report on e-shot performance for review by the Operations Manager.
9 General Administration: Minute-taking, filing, maintaining the online cloud-based storage drive and performing additional duties as required.
10 Audits: Support with the audits of the network, leading particularly on social media audits.
You may on occasions and in line with operational needs:
- Be required to work different hours including at weekends/evenings;
- Be required to travel for meetings and events.
In addition to the duties listed here, you will be required to perform other duties which are assigned from time to time. However, such other duties will be reasonable in relation to the role.
